This notice explains what CrestWatt Ltd does with personal data collected through this website. We are the data controller for that data.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we collect the name, company, email address, telephone number, project details and any files you choose to attach. We do not collect anything else through this site.

Why we collect it

We use it only to answer your enquiry and, where it leads to work, to administer the resulting contract. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry, and performance of a contract where one follows.

Who sees it

Enquiries are delivered to CrestWatt engineers by email. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. Our email provider processes the message in transit.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after 24 months. Records relating to contracted work are retained for the period required by our insurers and by law.

Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@crestwatt.com. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
